ANALISIS SKEMA PENGENDALIAN DRAINASE BANJIR DAN ROB KAWASAN INDUTRI TERBOYO

Perubahan iklim pada kawasan pesisir terutama industri sebagai basis perekonomian, akhir-akhir ini menghadapi berbagai masalah dengan adanya banjir rob dan air hujan dari hulu yang tidak bisa lansung terbuang ke laut mengakibatkan Terboyo, Kecamatan Genuk, Kota Semarang. Upayaa mengatasi permasalahan itu dilakukan penelitian kajian alternatif penanganan Terboyo aplikaasi epa-SWMM HEC-RAS. Penelitian dapat menangani genangan rob, sistem drainase polder, menghitung ketinggian analisis hidro-oceanografi perhitungan analisa hidrologi. Selanjutnya disimulasikan aplikasi HEC-RAS untuk memperoleh muka rob. Penanganan poder simulasi Epa-SWMM mencari debit tampungan, kapasitas oprasional pompa. Dengan nilai HHWL (Highest High Water Level) = 167 cm, SLR (kenaikan akibat pemanasan global) 0.25 Wind Setup 20 Wave DWL (Desain 2.33 m. Hasil hidrologi Catment Area 147,2 Ha menggunakan Q10 dapatkan rencana =124,8 Pearson III Debit keseluruhan 11.02 m3/s. Analisis Hidrolika pasang surut program didapat elvasi Muka Air Banjir (MAB) +2.35 Operasional pompa bantuan Epa SWMM kolam (storage) puncak 1.94 m3/detik 0.5x2 m3/detik. elevasi dipertahankan 1,3 meter aktif 30 jam 1 0,5 5 jam.
